About the role

You are the filter between raw volume and the closing floor. You work the dialler, establish intent, verify the qualifying criteria, and pass on only what a closer can actually work.

What you'll do

• Work assigned lead lists and qualify against the campaign criteria.
• Establish and verify customer intent before transferring.
• Disposition every record accurately so the campaign data stays clean.
• Meet the daily transfer and quality targets on the published scorecard.

What we're looking for

• We are looking for a professional, self-driven individual with call center experience.
• Highly organized and career-oriented.
• Good with rebuttals.
• Good communication & convincing skills.
• Complete training is provided before you take live calls.
