Frequently asked

Questions we answer every week

How small can an engagement start?

A five-seat pilot pod is the usual starting point. It is large enough to produce a statistically meaningful read within thirty days and small enough that you are not committing to a programme before the numbers justify it. From there most clients scale in increments of five to ten seats.

How long does it take to launch a campaign?

Two to four weeks from signed agreement to live dials for a standard voice campaign. That covers recruitment against your profile, product and compliance training, systems and telephony access, and a calibration week where output is reviewed before volume ramps.

Do you subcontract any part of the work?

No. Every agent on your campaign is recruited, trained, employed, and managed by Arvato, working in an Arvato facility on Arvato infrastructure. There are no brokered seats and no subcontracted floors, which is what makes accountability possible at all.

How is quality measured and reported?

Every call is recorded and a calibrated sample is scored weekly against a scorecard we agree with you before launch. You get the scores, the recordings, and the trend — not a summary of them. Weekly calibration sessions are open to your stakeholders.

What pricing models do you offer?

Per seat, per delivered outcome, or a blend of the two. Per seat suits support and service work where volume is steady; per outcome suits lead generation and sales where you would rather pay for results than hours. We will tell you which one favours you, including when that is the one that pays us less.

Who owns the data and the customer relationship?

You do, entirely. Data stays in your systems wherever possible, access is provisioned by you and revocable by you, and everything produced on your campaign is yours. We operate under your brand and hand back everything on exit.

Can you cover time zones outside US business hours?

Yes. Production floors run 24/7 across rotating shifts, so overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage is a scheduling decision rather than an exception. Front-desk corporate hours are separate and listed on the contact page.

How do I apply for a job at Arvato?

Every current vacancy is listed on the Open Jobs page with its shift, location, and requirements. Apply directly from the listing — the form takes about three minutes — and our recruitment team responds to shortlisted candidates within five working days.
