Pick one of the three general tracks instead — Sales, Management, or Leadership. Those applications go to the same recruitment team and are held for the next intake, which runs every two weeks. Sales is the floor: dialling, qualifying, closing. Management covers team leads, QA, and training. Leadership is for people who have owned a department, a client portfolio, or a P&L.

Yes. Training runs up to four weeks and is paid from day one, so freshers start on salary rather than on trial. Senior seats do need a track record you can talk through on a call, but the entry-level sales floor is open to people with none.

No. The upload is optional — we shortlist on the answers in the form first. If you do have one, attach it as a PDF or Word file up to 5 MB; it goes straight to our recruitment team and is never published anywhere.

Because it is the fastest way to find out whether we can work together. Being straight about the figure saves you a screening call for a seat that was never going to pay what you need, and it lets us push for the right band internally when you are worth it.

Every application is read by a human. Shortlisted candidates are contacted within five working days for a short screening call covering English, availability, and shift fit. Applications we cannot place immediately are kept on file for the next intake.
