Job Description

Junior Closer (Sales)

The way onto the closing floor if you have basic customer experience or call centre background. You start on paid training, learn sales closing frameworks, and close live opportunities with a team lead alongside you.

• Complete the paid sales training programme before taking live calls.
• Work assigned warm leads and closing opportunities under a team lead's supervision.
• Follow the campaign script and disposition each record accurately.
• Build towards the full Closer scorecard over your first months.
