Job Description

Junior Qualifier (Sales)

The way onto the floor if you have little or no call centre history. You start on paid training, learn one campaign properly, and move onto live qualifying with a team lead alongside you.

• Complete the paid training programme before taking live calls.
• Work assigned lead lists under a team lead's supervision.
• Follow the campaign script and disposition each record accurately.
• Build towards the full Qualifier scorecard over your first months.
